A heritage wine completely natural
Our first sparkling wine is made using the ancestral method, by finishing fermentation in the bottle and without second fermentation or disgorgement, which is the most traditional way of capturing bubbles in a bottle. Following Le Naturel’s philosophy, no sulfites or any other ingredients are added.
Uncorking it takes us back to the moment when the freshly cut grape arrives at the winery. A sparkling wine with very good acidity and a well-integrated bubble, which smells and tastes of pure vintage.

PET NAT
Le Naturel Pet Nat is an example of the recovery of traditional sparkling wine making. There is no added sugar, but the must itself finishes fermentation in the bottle with its own natural sugars. It´s the most natural way of making sparkling wines because it achieves lower pressures than other wines.
We recommend keeping it vertically to enjoy its complex nose, balanced, fine and very pleasant mouthfeel; characteristics that are very difficult to find in sparkling wines.
Varieties: White Garnacha.
Vineyard: Low-production organic vineyards, sheltered by the Urbasa and Andía mountain ranges in the Yerri Valley. Vineyards not treated with synthetic chemical products.
Production: Ancestral method.
Appearance: Intense pale straw yellow, with greenish reflections accompanied by light golden tones. Fine, light bubbles. Slightly cloudy due to its method of production without filtration and without disgorging.
Nose: High intensity. Fresh nose with predominant notes of fruit, such as pear and apple.
Palate: Fine, well-integrated bubbles. Good entry on the palate, with great breadth on the palate, good acidity and depth, making it very easy to drink.
